Returns & Quality Policy

REIN products are built around pure, single-ingredient powders.  Each product is manufactured in controlled batches and fully traceable.

 

Because our products are ingestible, we manage returns carefully to protect product integrity and customer safety.

 

If there is ever a genuine concern with your order, we will address it directly and responsibly.

 

 

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a broken seal, please contact us immediately, at least within 2 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos
  • The batch number printed on the tub

 

If a defect or error is confirmed, REIN will arrange collection where necessary and provide a replacement or refund.

 

 

Unopened Products

Unopened products with intact seals may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

 

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed once the product has been received and inspected.

 

 

Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless a verified quality or manufacturing issue is identified.

Testing & Traceability

Every REIN product carries a batch number that allows full traceability of:

  • Raw material sourcing
  • Manufacturing records
  • Internal quality controls

Where applicable, raw materials are identity-tested and screened before production.
